2027 Hosted Retreat Registration Deposit

Deposit is to secure your spot at an upcoming hosted retreat in 2026. This deposit is non-refundable. 

2027 Standard Pricing:

A deposit is due within a week of registering in order to reserve a spot. The remaining balance is due a month before the retreat. Balances due may be paid by check or Venmo. Once deposit is received, you will be contacted with information on balance due and future payment information. Qualifying discount will be applied to this rate. Note that we offer a $30 discount to any registration opting out of meals (we cannot accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions)

• Thursday-Sunday stay – $250/person
• Friday-Sunday stay – $200/person
• Guests may reserve a double bed ahead of time for $20 if a larger bed is preferred. Twin beds are the default for guests.
• Guests attending Thursday-Sunday may reserve an 8′ table for $75 more (Only 2 of these slots are available at each retreat)

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days in advance – full refund minus $75 deposit
14-30 days in advance – refund of half the retreat fee
Less than 14 days in advance – no refund
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced regardless of reason.

Registration Fee Includes:

• All meals (except Thursday lunch)
• Lodging & linens for up to 3 nights and 4 days.
• Complimentary snacks including candy
• Complimentary coffee, soda, tea and water
• Personal crop space in the workshop area (4’ table, adjustable chair, Ott-Lite, beverage holder and trash can.
• Access to well-equipped work center to supplement your own tools.

Check-In/Out Times:

• Arrive as early as 12 p.m. on selected day of arrival
• Depart by 3 p.m. on Sunday
